Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information AXOZ collects, why, and how it's used. AXOZ is operated as an individual business based in Bangladesh.

1. Information we collect

Google account info (if you sign in with Google)	Authentication only — we don't access your Gmail, Drive, or other Google data
The text you enter as an "idea" or topic	Sent to our AI provider to generate your content package
Generated outputs and generation history	Stored so you can see your past generations and so we can enforce monthly usage limits
Subscription status and billing events	Sent to us by Lemon Squeezy so we know whether you're on Free or Pro

We do not collect payment card details directly — those are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy.

2. How we use your information

• To provide and operate the Service (generate content, track usage, manage your subscription);
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, or changes to AXOZ;
• To improve AXOZ's tools and prompts over time;
• To detect and prevent abuse of the Service.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Third parties we share data with

Provider	Purpose
Firebase (Google)	Authentication — stores your login credentials securely
Google Gemini API	Processes the idea/topic text you submit to generate outputs. Subject to Google's own data handling terms for the API.
Cloudflare	Hosts our website and database (D1)
Lemon Squeezy	Processes subscription payments as merchant of record

Each of these providers has their own privacy practices, which apply to the data they process on our behalf.

4. Data retention

We keep your account data and generation history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we'll delete your personal data and generation history within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain billing records for legal or accounting purposes.

5. Your rights

• You can request a copy of the data we hold about you;
• You can request that we delete your account and associated data;
• You can update your account information at any time.

6. Cookies

AXOZ uses essential cookies/local storage needed for login sessions to work (via Firebase Authentication). We don't currently use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Children's privacy

AXOZ is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as AXOZ grows. Material changes will be communicated to active users before they take effect.
