Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AXOZ (the "Service"), operated as an individual business based in Bangladesh ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using AXOZ, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What AXOZ is

AXOZ is an AI-powered toolset for content creators. Our first tool, Content Package, turns a video idea, topic, or script into titles, thumbnail concepts, a description, a hook script, and repurposed social posts, generated using third-party AI models (currently Google's Gemini API). We may add more tools under the AXOZ account over time.

2. Accounts

• You need an account (via email/password or Google sign-in) to use AXOZ.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use AXOZ. If you're under the age required to consent to services in your country, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Plans, billing, and usage limits

• Free plan: a limited number of generations per month, at no cost, no card required.
• Pro plan: a paid monthly subscription (currently $5/month) with a higher monthly generation limit, covering every tool AXOZ offers.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. Your payment information is handled by Lemon Squeezy, not stored by us directly.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; you'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
• Unused generations do not roll over to the next month.
• We may change pricing with advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect for their account.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us if something went wrong with a charge.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AXOZ to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on someone else's rights;
• Attempt to abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure;
• Automate access to the Service (e.g. scripts or bots) beyond normal personal or business use of the product as intended;
• Resell or redistribute AXOZ's outputs as a competing service without our permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Ownership of generated content

You own the outputs AXOZ generates for you (titles, scripts, posts, etc.) and are free to use them commercially. However, because outputs are AI-generated, we can't guarantee they're original, accurate, or free of third-party rights issues — you're responsible for reviewing content before publishing it.

6. No guarantees on AI output

AXOZ uses third-party AI models to generate content. We do our best to make outputs useful and relevant, but we don't guarantee accuracy, originality, or that any output will perform well once published. Use your judgment before publishing anything AXOZ generates.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep AXOZ available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages (including our AI provider), or issues beyond our control.

8. Limitation of liability

AXOZ is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any consequences of publishing AI-generated content.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as AXOZ grows. If we make material changes, we'll notify active users (e.g. by email or an in-app notice) before the changes take effect.

10. Termination

You may stop using AXOZ and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law principles.
